What we collect
Account information you give us (name, email, date of birth, state of residence, payment details processed by our payment provider); health information you and your physician generate (lab results, cycle entries, symptoms, goals, protocol and adherence history); and technical data from your use of the site and app.
Why we use it
To deliver the service: ship your kit at the right point in your cycle, return your results, let a physician review them, fill and ship a prescription, bill you correctly, and support you. We also use aggregate, de-identified data to improve the platform.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to deliver your care: the partner physician network, accredited laboratories, licensed compounding pharmacies, our payment processor, and infrastructure providers bound by contract and, where applicable, business associate agreements.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information or your protected health information. We do not send PHI to advertising platforms or use it for ad targeting. We do not place advertising trackers on pages where you view your health data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Access is role-based and authenticated, and administrative access is logged. We commission third-party security assessments and publish what we can without handing attackers a map.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your data, and opt out of marketing email at any time. Records that a physician or pharmacy must retain by law are kept for the required period even after you close your account. Write to hello@aetherawoman.com.
Cookies
We use the minimum necessary: a session cookie, and a preference cookie that remembers which of the three languages you are reading in. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.
Aethera Women's Lab is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine. Medical services are provided exclusively by independently licensed physicians of our partner physician network and their affiliated professional entities.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by FDA for safety or effectiveness.
This is not emergency care. Aethera Women's Lab does not provide urgent or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
