Membership
One membership. Testing, reviews, the app.
Your membership covers your lab panels, the app, marketplace access, and coordination of physician reviews with the independent physician network. Every protocol is available on every plan, as its own subscription.
Every protocol requires a baseline panel so your physician can prescribe from your labs. Aethera Women's Lab is for adults 21 and over.

Choose your plan
Three membership levels. The same formulary for all of them.
A higher tier buys more testing and more depth of service. Every protocol is available on every plan.
Onboarding panel included
Your first panel is covered by membership. Every protocol requires a baseline panel so your physician can prescribe from your labs. Monthly billing begins when your protocol does. Extra panels beyond your plan: standard $229, advanced $429.
Establish your baseline and get a physician’s read on it. Where most members begin.

Your membership is how you access treatments. Each protocol is its own monthly subscription. A licensed physician reviews your labs and builds your protocol.
Memberships renew monthly. Before the renewal that starts each new 90-day cycle, we send a reminder at least 14 days ahead, so there is time for your blood test and physician review. You can cancel anytime; cancellation is effective through the moment of the next charge.

Paying for it
We accept HSA and FSA cards.
Blood panels, physician reviews and physician-prescribed medications are generally qualified medical expenses. Your membership fee is not — it pays for access, the app and coordination rather than for a medical service — so we bill it as a separate line.
A card that goes through is not a decision that the charge was eligible. Your plan administrator or HSA custodian makes that call, not us, and we do not give tax advice. Every member gets an itemised receipt showing the provider, the date, the description and the amount for each line, so you can submit only the eligible ones.
