A physician builds the protocol.
Eight categories, each with the markers that decide whether it applies to you. Every protocol requires a baseline panel so your physician can prescribe from your results.
Membership from $89/mo, including your onboarding panel. Each protocol is its own monthly subscription.
What do you want to change?
What no prescription replaces
Every protocol here assumes you are loading your body.
Resistance training is the one input that puts lean mass back and loads bone, and lean mass and bone are the two things that fall fastest in the decade around menopause. A physician may prescribe something that helps; nothing they can prescribe does this instead of you.

Regenerative health
Regenerative means restoring what the decade takes. It does not mean anything goes.
Between about forty and fifty-five a woman loses bone, lean mass, collagen and hormonal signalling faster than at any other point in her life. Regenerative medicine is the work of slowing, stopping or partly reversing that — and the honest version of it is a short list of things that are actually established, not a long list of things that sound impressive.

Hormone restoration
The most established regenerative therapy there is for this decade. It treats vasomotor symptoms and genitourinary syndrome, and it preserves bone density for as long as it is taken. Route, dose and timing are a physician’s decision, made from your panel.
Metabolic repair
Insulin sensitivity, visceral fat and the lean mass that carries glucose out of your blood. Where a physician judges medication appropriate it is prescribed and monitored; where it is not, the answer is protein, loading and sleep, and we will say so.
Bone and tissue
The steepest loss of your life happens in the three years around your final period, and it is silent. We measure what accelerates it — vitamin D, oestradiol, alkaline phosphatase, albumin — and tell you when to ask for a DXA rather than waiting for a fracture to raise it.
Peptide protocols, where indicated
Some are prescribed by physicians on this network, from your panel and with monitoring. Many marketed online have no lawful route to a patient at all. We do not list molecules as products, and a physician decides whether any of this applies to you.
What we do not offer
Aethera does not offer stem cell therapy, exosome products or any other unapproved biologic, and does not sell them through this site. Those are marketed widely for menopause and for joints; the evidence does not support the claims made for them, and FDA has taken action against clinics selling them. If a service offers you one for a symptom in this decade, that is a reason to ask harder questions, not fewer.
Perimenopause & Menopause
For the decade nobody warned you about — and the symptoms your annual physical called normal.
