1. Who we are, and what we are not
Aethera Women's Lab operates a technology and administrative platform. Aethera Women's Lab is not a medical provider, does not practise medicine, and does not employ the physicians who care for you. Medical services are provided exclusively by independently licensed physicians of our partner physician network. Pharmacy services are provided by licensed pharmacies and laboratory services by accredited laboratories.
Aethera Women's Lab operates the Halftime Health platform under licence as an authorised white-label partner.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in a jurisdiction where the partner physician network is licensed. Care is currently available in 44 states and Washington, D.C.. Availability may change. We verify your state before your first charge.
3. Membership and treatments are separate
Your membership buys lab panels, app access, marketplace access and coordination of physician reviews. It does not buy a treatment. A physician may determine that a treatment is not appropriate. Membership does not include or guarantee any treatment. Each prescribed protocol, if one is written, is its own separate monthly subscription.
4. Compounded medications
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by FDA for safety or effectiveness. A compounded preparation is made for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription. You acknowledge this before any protocol begins.
5. Pregnancy and conception
Most hormone and peptide therapy is contraindicated in pregnancy, while breastfeeding, and while trying to conceive. You agree to tell your physician if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or if that changes during treatment, and to use contraception where your physician advises it. Some treatments, including weight-loss medication, can restore ovulation in someone who was not ovulating.
6. Billing and cancellation
Memberships renew monthly. Before the renewal that begins each new 90-day cycle we send a reminder at least 14 days in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation is effective through the moment of the next charge. Full detail is in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
7. Artificial intelligence disclosure
The platform uses automated systems to organise your data and Ana, an in-app assistant, to answer account, shipping and scheduling questions and provide general educational information. These systems do not diagnose, prescribe or change treatment. Every clinical decision is made by a licensed physician.
8. Not emergency care
This is not emergency care. Aethera Women's Lab does not provide urgent or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethera Medical is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here alters the professional responsibility of the treating physician.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email before they take effect. Questions go to hello@aetherawoman.com.
